Troubleshooting Tips

  • Portal Not Loading: Verify the Portal URL and ensure it is correctly typed without extra spaces.
  • No Channels Available: Contact your IPTV provider to ensure your subscription is active.
  • Device Stuck on Loading Screen: Restart the MAG device by turning it off and on again.
  • Video Buffering Issues: Ensure you have a stable and fast internet connection. Consider using a wired Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi.

Additional Notes

  • Make sure you have an active IPTV subscription with access to the required Portal URL.
  • For better performance, it is recommended to connect the MAG device via Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi.
  • Consider using a VPN for privacy and to bypass geographic restrictions.
